Application
DealerCertification:
A minimum $2,500.00 opening order and $10,000.00 annual commitment is required. Every consideration
will be made to certify the validity of dealership qualification. Dealers are
qualified based on active business category (Lighting Contractor, or Stocking
Dealer). End Users are discouraged from applying. Regardless
of opening order, End Users will be discontinued if found not to be
included in on of the above two categories.
DealerDefinition: LightingContractor
Generally involves installation work. Product is ordered per job. StockingDealer
Dealer has a lighting showroom and generally stocks inventory.
Methods
of Payment:
Payment can be made via Bank Transfer, E-Check or Credit Cards through
Paypal. Dealers
will be notified regarding acceptance of Net 30 account billing, COD
shipment and Credit applications.
Pricing
Policy:
The prices included in the "Dealer Access" guide are those reflected in
"Dealer Access" section of the DimmerRack site. All prices and
specifications are subject to change without notice. Prices must be
adhered to with regard to quantity and packaging. All items will be
billed at current prices.
Freight
Policy:
Regular ground shipments are shipped via UPS or LTL carrier.
Air shipments are sent via UPS. Freight rates are based on
current UPS rate charts.
Return
Goods Policy:
A Return Authorization must be obtained prior
to shipping back any parts back to DimmerRack, LLC for credit
consideration.
Parts must be returned within 10 working days
following issue date of the return authorization.
All returns must be sent to us prepaid freight.
No collect or COD shipments will be accepted.
Parts should be packaged for return in the same
or similar manner in which you received them. Parts damaged
in shipping because of improper packaging will not be given credit
consideration.
Warranty:
DimmerRack LLC warranties all products against "Clear and Present"
manufacturing defects. It is the responsibility of the recipient to
determine defects (if any) at time of product reception. Any warranty
will not be considered for damage due to overpowering, abuse, misuse,
accident or neglect. All warranty claims must be
accompanied by a copy of the original Bill of Sale when returned to
DimmerRack, LLC. For damages that occur during shipping, claims should
be directed to the appropriate freight carrier..
